Second Street is a vibrant, growing company that provides online promotions solutions to the media industry. Our private-label solutions include UPICKEM online contests, Products and Products; myCapture for video and photo sharing and e-commerce; and the eBlast Engine email marketing tool. Our software solutions are relied upon by more than 1600 media and marketing companies including CBS, Clear Channel, The Washington Post, and Minor League Baseball.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can help our customers (affiliates) become even more successful with our products.

The Director of Affiliate Success job description includes:

Research best practices from the more than 1,600 active Second Street Media licensees.

Disseminate those best practices in the form of newsletters, case studies, emails, and webinars.

Train local media sales staffs on how best to package and sell sponsorships for our products.

Work individually with strategic customers and media chains to insure their success.

This role is not about training and supporting our customers in the use of the software. It’s about helping our customers achieve the highest ROI by sharing best practices and success stories; and, training local media sales staffs on the best way to package and sell our products in their markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree minimum.

EXCELLENT communication skills.

Exude a high level of positive energy.

Preferred experience with local media companies.

Preferred experience/success with Second Street Media's products.

Desire not just to be good in professional career, but to be GREAT.
